For all of you gamers and parents of gamers, PPMD’s Duchenne Registry is excited to announce we will be giving away a brand new Xbox Series X to one lucky registrant!
All you have to do is download The Duchenne Registry App, complete the registration process, and fill out all the Medical Surveys in the Activities section of the app by June 15, 2022. The winner will be notified by email that week.
Who Can Join The Duchenne Registry?
This Registry has been created specifically for individuals who have a diagnosis of Duchenne or Becker muscular dystrophy, and for carriers of Duchenne or Becker.
When you join and update your account in The Duchenne Registry, you are strengthening the power of a 15-year-old network of patient-powered data that will be used to improve care for people living with Duchenne and increase our understanding of the disorder. By sharing your data, you become a citizen scientist by contributing to real scientific research.
Already a member of The Duchenne Registry?
Awesome! Please make sure you have the most recent version of the app (you may want to check in your app store as old versions do not automatically update) and that all your surveys were completed in the last year. Once all the surveys are complete, you are automatically entered to win the Xbox!
How to Enter the Raffle
Complete all 3 steps below:
- Download The Duchenne Registry App**
- Complete the Consent and Registration process
- Fill out all Medical Surveys in the Activities section of the app
Please Note:
- The Xbox raffle is for US registrants only.
- Multiple entries are not allowed – each person with Duchenne, Becker or carrier can only have one Registry account.
