For all of you gamers and parents of gamers, The Duchenne Registry is excited to announce we will be giving away a brand new, very hard to find, very fun to play Nintendo Switch OLED to one lucky registrant! All you have to do is download the Duchenne Registry App, complete the registration process, and fill out all the Medical Surveys in the Activities section of the app by December 12, 2021. The winner will be notified by email that week.

Already a member of The Duchenne Registry? Awesome! Please make sure you have the most recent version of the app, which includes the new Therapy Services survey. If your app version does not have that survey, please go to your app store to update to the newest version of the app. Once all the surveys are complete, you are automatically entered to win the Switch!

To be entered into the Nintendo Switch Raffle, please complete all 3 steps below:

2. Complete the Consent and Registration process
3. Fill out all Medical Surveys in the Activities section
