Family Friday: Do It Your Way & End Duchenne

Although COVID-19 has changed how we conduct events and socialize within our communities, it doesn’t change the fact that you can still support PPMD’s mission. Duchenne doesn’t stop for a virus, and we won’t let a virus stop our fight to end Duchenne.

During PPMD’s August 7th Family Friday on Facebook Live, we were joined by Jen Dumm from John Owen’s Adventure’s Picnic in the Park, Deanne Friar from the GR.1K and Friar Fight to End Duchenne Golf Tournament, and Anessa Fehsenfeld from Mitchell’s Run Thru Rockford, where they shared how to make your grassroots event a success – safely in person or as part of our new virtual reality.
