As you might have heard, The Duchenne Registry was thrilled to recently give away a Nintendo Switch OLED to a Duchenne Registry participant who completed all of their surveys. The response to the Switch giveaway was phenomenal. In the month of November, we had more than 900 surveys completed within the Duchenne Registry. 900! In comparison, around 400 surveys were completed in October 2021.

We greatly appreciate all of YOU and all of your efforts and time to get your surveys complete. That’s why we are so excited to announce that we have a SECOND Nintendo Switch OLED to give away! You heard that right — we’re doing another raffle and giving away a second Switch.

Once again, all you have to do is download The Duchenne Registry App, complete the registration process, and fill out all the Medical Surveys in the app by December 20, 2021.

If you completed all of the surveys including the new Therapy Services survey already, your entry is complete. You have a second chance to win!

If you did not get a chance to get into the app and complete your surveys before, there’s still time to do so! Just get your Registry account updated and all of your Medical Surveys in the Activities section of the app completed by midnight ET on December 20th. The winner will be notified by email that week.

2. Complete the Consent and Registration process
3. Fill out all Medical Surveys in the Activities section of the app
