You’re nearly there! If you’ve already registered for the Conference, you will receive a message today from PPMD sent to the email address you registered with, which will include a link to fill out our reimbursement survey. Ensure that you have booked your hotel reservation at The Phoenician (deadline to book: Tuesday, May 31st at 7 PM ET) and then complete the survey. New Conference Registrations

Register for the Conference and book your hotel reservation at The Phoenician by Tuesday, May 31st at 7 PM ET to be eligible for this incredible travel reimbursement opportunity. After completing your registration and hotel accommodations, please fill out our reimbursement survey linked in your Conference registration confirmation email. Once completed, all you need to do is simply show up at the Conference registration desk to receive your $500 gift card reimbursement! One $500 gift card reimbursement eligible per family. $500 travel reimbursement will be issued upon check-in at PPMD’s 2022 Annual Conference in Scottsdale, AZ in the form of a gift card; Reimbursement is available to Duchenne/Becker family attendees only (patients, parents, siblings, grandparents); One $500 gift card reimbursement eligible per family; In order to be eligible, you must register for PPMD’s 2022 Annual Conference and book your hotel reservation under PPMD’s room block at The Phoenician by Tuesday, May 31st at 7 PM ET; Each family must fill out PPMD’s reimbursement survey by July 8, 2022 (submissions received after the start of the Conference will receive their gift card via email).
