It’s the Holiday Season and we are thrilled to have another great raffle for families who participate in The Duchenne Registry!

This December, the Registry will be giving away TWO $150 e-gift cards to the vendor of your choice:

• Playstation or Nintendo

All US registrants who are active in the app and have completed all of their medical surveys in the “Activities” section will be entered into the raffle. All surveys must be completed by midnight ET on Sunday, December 18th. The two winners will be emailed their giftcard the week of December 19th.

Reminder: Please update your app so you are using our latest version! Depending on the version you have, your app may update automatically or you may need to click on your app store to update. Click the bottom left “Activities” button to see the full list of surveys. Once a survey is completed, it will disappear from your list until it is time to update.
