RIte Care provides health insurance to eligible children under age 18 based on family income and size.

This program provides health insurance to eligible children under age 19 with a qualifying disability as defined by the Social Security Administration and meets Nursing Facility or Hospital Level of Care criteria. The child must live at home and only their income and resources are considered for eligibility.
