  • Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund
    The Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund is a financial assistance program for New Jersey Families whose children have an illness or condition otherwise uncovered by insurance, State or Federal programs, or other source, such as fundraising. The Fund is intended to assist in preserving a family’s ability to cope with the responsibilities which accompany a child’s significant health problems.

  • New Jersey Family Care Children’s Health Insurance Program
    This program provides health insurance to children under age 19 and parents and caretaker relatives of children based on family size and income.  Covered services include medical, dental, vision and mental health.

Equipment Donation and Loaner Programs

  • Goodwill Home Medical Equipment
    Refurbished donated DME and unopened medical supplies.
    The Goodwill Home Medical Equipment program collects used durable medical equipment and refurbishes or cleans for the next user.  Equipment is made affordable and requires no prescription.  They accept donated used equipment.
