- Med-QUEST Health Insurance and Long Term Care
The state of Hawaii program providing health and medical coverage to qualifying low-income adults and children.
Med-Quest website and information - Children with Special Health Care Need (CSHCN)
CSHCN program provides services for eligible children under age 21 with chronic conditions. Services include information and referral and service coordination related to medical specialty care. Limited financial assistance for specialty care related to a child’s condition is provided based on family income.
CSHCN website and information - Medicaid Fee For Service (FFS)
Qualifying individuals who meet the Social Security Administration definition for disabled and meet income and asset limits are covered by the FFS program. The program makes direct payments to Medicaid providers for covered services. Services include inpatient and outpatient and clinical services, physician services and medical equipment and appliances.
