- ARKids First Children’s Health Insurance Program
Provides Medicaid health coverage for children based on household income. There are two options based on income.

- ARChoices in Homecare
This program provides Home and Community Based Services and supports to qualifying adults who meet Nursing Facility Level of care criteria, age 21-64, to remain in their home. Services include case management, attendant care and adaptive equipment and modifications to the living environment to increase independence and accessibility.
Website - TEFRA (Katie Beckett option) Medicaid Waiver
Program provides Medicaid coverage to children under age 19 who meet the Social Security definition of “disabled”. Children’s income and assets are considered.

- Title V Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) and Family Support/Respite Program
CSHCN program provides case management services to qualifying families The Family Support/Respite program provides limited respite funds for families of children covered by TEFRA. Program offered on a first come, first served basis based on need and financial eligibility.
